We daily perform bhajan in our house and we end it by saying vitthala vitthala for a certain amount of time. Truly revere our ancestors who have inculcated practices in our rituals that indirectly benefit our health. Grateful to belong to this land and culture. Chanting Vithala Vithala daily for one month continuesly for five minutes three times daily on empty stomach or 2hrs after the meals can correct the heart rhythm (known as arrhythmia.)This I have done and I got the positive result.

Yes my grandfather is a heart problem but he is the bhakt of Vitthala he chants every day that is why he didn't die because of heart attack he died naturally

Lord Krishna talks about quantum physics in the Gītā. You just need to pay enough attention to grasp it. 1)😂 those days they were consistently walking and used to such long activity... here suddenly people dancing with their hearts fast...and may be on drugs etc now who knows... 2)Gym people involve lot of rigorous activities lifting heavy weights and more supplements,even injecting steroids illegally in some is found out...their rigorous less hydrated nutrition,lack of sleep the above all influences heart health 3)Chanting all is good for calming down and bringing an internal calming especially increaing Parasympathetic system...so ultimately may benefit the health like any other physical breathing exercises etc...nothing super as described...regular meditation thinking even a flower or Fruit or cat can do the same... 4)Science has own limitations and benefits and advances ..especially evidences and universal approach to any being in this plannet...these are all Pseudo Science Propogation...without any proper evidences but just a faith... Like movie Trance this may not go in long run...these are all privileged Pseudo Science Propogators have been there with their obscure beliefs always in history of universe...😢😢pity them with all their kids need more Science to learn than these foolish belief systems...blindly based on some Crap Research paper...😅😢😅😢

I don't have any issues with one praying or chanting, but when it comes to health, I am strict and disheartened by the fact that these people are getting support. And just look at the thumbnail, a person who has studied for 5.5 + 3 years of studying medicine is way less knowledgeable than some random person on the internet? This is the exact reason why India isn't moving forward because of superstitious and pseudoscience believers.

Known may be small its ok...you may not have a Huge Pillar of wood weighing tones... a stick was small to hold u too...but its utmost significance... we are not Google to know everything about ocean but with what we know and can associate... knowing a small cell or Mars or an ocean ...all have associations in Science and thats the beauty...seeing both of them separate is a smaller circle...

Although i am from punjab yet this mantra Vitthala Vitthala Vitthala is my favourite Mantra , i am listening on you tube but not on daily basis & i am listening at night either before sleep or during sleeping. Pandharpur is in Maharashtra.. don’t know about it but both the states were one before. Don’t know if it is kannada or marathi word..

@@sahanahegde7053 Pandarapura is in Maharashtra currently. But from Godavari south bank onwards it was inhabited by Kannada speaking people. Vitthala was the name coined by Kannada people, later used by Kannada dasaru. There is no doubt in this.
