@@f.2596 I'll have to give it a go. The hype seems far too excessive to match. Seems most similar to a BBC show called "Miranda" which was very good and written / produced by a woman of a similar age in a similar situation. 🤔

To be honest first season was so so. Mrs. Maisel managed to be a lot more fun and emotional without being dirty. The second season, however, deserved all the hype. It was emotional, interesting and engaging.
