Taking Cooking food back to basics.
Ingredients
2 1/4 teaspoons (1 packet) active dry yeast (7g / 0.25 oz)
1 cup warm water (110°F/45°C) (240ml / 8 fl oz)
2 tablespoons granulated sugar (25g / 0.88 oz)
3 cups all-purpose flour (360g / 12.7 oz)
1 teaspoon salt (6g / 0.21 oz)
1/4 cup vegetable oil (60ml / 2 fl oz)
1 large egg (50g / 1.75 oz)
Preheat your air fryer on the bake setting to 140°C (285°F)
Bake at 140°C (285°F) for about 10-15 minutes, or until the buns are golden brown on top and cooked through.
