I am proof that you do not need to be a super outgoing person to succeed in this business; just be friendly make eye contact, and smile. As for the working my butt off......I love what I do, so I don't consider it working my butt off; yes, I spend an extra two or three hours a day on prep work but that's just part of the deal. Keep up the great work Ben!!!

This dude doesn't know you. You have a big heart and we appreciate you so much.After my grand kids get a little older I plan to get back at it again. For now I am still working on building trailers and rebuilding vintage campers into concession trailers. That is something I can do and they can tag along. We are blessed to have them with us a lot of the time and we love it. Happy Granny here.

I started two months ago. I thought after the first three days that I made a huge mistake in this investment. 3 people, 10 people the next day, even less the third. Now….. learning every day and just now getting a return on investment. Every day I’m getting better at this. Oh and the work before and after is hard. Keeps ya in shape. If you’re on the fence like I was for so many years just do it. My only regret is not getting started 10 years ago

I used to know a guy that paid tax to 3 different countys for his hotdog cart. It was at the I-5 exit Pyramid Lake. He was there for over 20 plus years. After covid we have not seen him Hopefully he is retired and doing well.

I did the same. I had 2 counties I was required to collect tax for. With Square nowadays... its easy.

Ben, I hope you are well... I have some questions that I am hoping you will be able to answer. When it comes to the mechanical smashers, how are vendors handling smashing both lemons and oranges as part of their offerings? Do they simply wipe the smashing head off with a rag before switching to from lemon to orange or does it not really matter all that much from a smashing point of view? If they wipe it down why do they not put all the fruit (strawberry, mixed berry, etc.) in the cup and smash it all together?
