Nancy, I use my Cuttlebug with the GoPress & Foil all the time, it was the reason I choose to buy the GoPress & Foil because it was compatible with the Cuttlebug.
I can't believe Gemini discontinued the hot foil system. I hate when that happens!! I did as you suggested and just now ordered another hot plate. Thanks for this video and I hope you get well soon!!! 🥰
It does work in the cuttlebug. I had one when I first got the Go Press and Go. Have to admit I didn't get the best results but that could of been me being impatient lol

I mistakenly foiled my metal plate - and some of my dies-uggh! I don’t mind the dies but the metal plate is annoying to work with now- is there any way to clean it off?

Thanks for a great overview, Nancy. This cold going around this year is nasty, so I hope you're feeling well soon. The GoPress & Foil works in the Cuttlebug. Anna Griffin, who worked with the Cuttlebug at the time, did a collab with the GoPress and all her crafters were using the Cuttlebug. I have friends who use it with the Cuttlebug today.
I have a brand new Gemini foil press that I won’t be using, and want to sell. When I purchased it, I couldn’t get hold of the Gemini die cut machine, so I bought the couture creations foilpress, as I have the go press machine.I am in Perth W.A
I have a scanncut machine. Have you tried scanning in a hot foiled shape/word and cut it out? Wondering if the scanner will pick up the shiny detail. Anyone else tried this?
