No concern about OSHA laws to protect your employees? Somebody needs to show the video to them so they can give you the fines you deserve! Employees safety always comes first!
I hope these guys wear ear plugs cause that noise is bad for the hearing long term.A constant noise in the ear works the ear drum constantly,eventually wearing it out.
