Any good operator knows who to watch. Problem is that most idiots trying to direct an operation don't know even basic hand signals. I've seen a lot of them. They don't know, I don't move anything.
santini1953 I work for a crane and rigging company- that operation of pressing that part has nothing to do with the lifting process and signals to the crane operator.
You are the one in control of your safety guys, if you don't know how to do that do us all a favor and find something else to do. Tired of idiots causing rule after rule because they don't have the common sense not to stick their fingers where they wouldn't stick their dick. Weakening our gene pool at the same time so dad, don't raise a idiot and he'll come home at night.
It can be seen that there is no coordination of the production supervisor, and that they do not follow work instructions, which leads to work accidents.
every day i go to work,if i filled out a swims,id go home again, nothing would get built.ohsa is for office workers.some brainiac, invented this,to get a free wage, from fines.& cost all manufacturing 4 times the price to produce a product.basically bullshit.if you die on site, one less idiot that cant breed..!!!!!!!.same as washing your hands, kids,if they dont get any germs by the time there 12,first germ will kill them.this is why so many sick kids around.plus all the crap they feed animals,we eat, gives kids cancer,NO FUCKING KID SHOULD DIE OF CANCER,THERE THE HEALTHIEST HUMANS ON EARTH.the worlds gone to shit..
Safety definitely not a priority at this manufacturing site. Would be interested to know how many fatal accidents have happened in this operation...SMH
carney adem No, probably scrapped them for a bit of instant cash! Actually lots of UK businesses sold all their equipment to Europe. A mill making velvet shut down for lack of demand but a Belgian company bought them - they had work for the machines. UL businessmen cannot see anything long term.
This is how they do it in third-world countries, because they're naturally disorganized (which is part of the reason why they are third-world countries!)
Well I didn’t think these guys did too badly. Clearly it was the first time they’d all done anything like this and obviously none of their bosses even showed up that day. Comments sections can be a little harsh with the judgement sometimes, peace guys
Certainly no shortage of supervisors, especially when the camera is on them! It looks like everyone is a supervisor. Doesn't the operator get confused as to who is directing him?
@@TheCummins1212 With 125mm. thickness yeah sure! And the welding onto the pipe comes down to something like this: 20 guys yelling and screaming at one welder who actually KNOWS what he's doing...🧐
If d is the diameter of the circular open end of the finished hemisphere, then the circumference of a circle with that diameter is pi x d (where pi is approximately 3.14),. which means the circumference of the hemisphere is half that, or pi x d / 2, which is about 1.6 x d. This would be the diameter of blank needed if there is no cylindrical flange at the open end. For a flange of length f, you'd have to add twice that to the diameter of the blank, for a total diameter of (1.6 x d) + (2 x f). In practice, I'd imagine the metal might stretch somewhat when being formed, so you'd have to allow for that by making the blank smaller (not sure how to calculate that).
I know it has been a time since you wrote this ....but....NO you would not feel pain....it is an ice cold feeling .... After the shock has worn off I strongly suggest being at the best burn hospital in the world. Because your undamaged nerves will wake up and talk about "HELGAS HOUSE OF SEXUAL PAIN....WELL MAYBE ALOT MORE PAIN" but yeah about 30 or so minutes it will just be like sitting naked in a very cold ice slushy!!!! But I wouldn't recommend it!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Hahahaha
