I love prickly pear juice!!! I love prickly pear cocktails. it's sweet and tart and refreshing. However, the amount of work it takes to get the needles? Prickles? Off.. is too much. It's for the desert professionals. I'm a city girl.

In spanish we call them tuna the way my dad eats them which is so underrated peel then cut them into 4 cubes put into ziplock bag add lemon add tajin add chamoy and freez for like 2 hours and they are the healthiest cheat to ice cream or the mexican popsicles called lucas paletas no suagar no nothing 👌👏
