Hot New Knife Releases and a Unbelievable New Knife Upgrade. This is all the knives that arrived this week and we have some good ones. We have some that are pretty innovative and some that are just plain cool. This is only my first impressions of the knives and once I’ve had enough time with them and have completed the testing then I will do my full review. Which knife do you want to see a review on first?

I’m glad you like the scale man! I really loved that one myself. Appreciate the kind words and shout out. I really wish companies would stop doing the lighting ano accents, just seems like a wannabe timascus. Stick with plain Ti or timascus.

That Exceed Designs Avair is a sharp looking knife. (Pun not intended. lol) Very clean design. The Kingfisher is a pretty good looking knife too. Not a huge fan of the blade shape but still a cool knife. If it was just a normal tanto or drop point, I personally would like it even more. Great knives, great video Stassa!

The Avair would be so much better without the name of the knife on it. It distracts from the beautiful and sleek design of the knife.

Oh ya, it's soo clean with a modern vibe and then that oh soo cheap, tacky billboarding. The treatment on the pivot is a very impressive element to the knife. ✨😼

Ok, I am seriously considering removing the branding "AVAIR" Honestly I also didn't love the large logo, but I also had people complain that it didn't have any logo, so I was tied between multiple camps of people telling me different things, in the end, this is our first knife and I do think our name is important. But Maybe there is a classier way to tell people what it is. All the AVAIR's currently actually have "Exceed Designs Co" CNC milled on the inside of the scales which thankfully helped to keep icons or brand names off the knife, but the AVAIR could be removed somehow, or moved. I am going to see what I can do! Maybe mill it into the blade, but keep the same color so it stays super minimal! Love seeing this feedback, that's what I use to modify and alter these knives in the next batch.

@@exceeddesigns Hey. 🤔 I do appreciate your position. With a 'hit' knife they have profile recognition. So a knife Brand trying to break in needs to distinguish itself. Firstly, I suggest you do 'branded' pivots. Then seriously look at billboarding on other knifes. The treatment of billboarding runs the gambit. Getting it 'right' isn't easy, but it is rather a deal breaker. Personally, I really want to see any branding on the clip to be minimal. Think Vosteed. Also frustrating for you is the uneven response the Community has for different brands. As example the over the top billboarding of say a Rat 1 or any of the Cold Steels. But personally, I can't think of any large blade branding that I wouldn't rather not have. Again, I do like a branded pivot head. I appreciate you having dialog with us! ✨😺

I've almost bought that Boker a few times, and damn near grabbed it on sale. I just don't often carry a 3" or under blade so it would probably just sit in my knife case for months at a time.
