Hot tooth - Differentiate and Treat 

I find that most of the time, when I have a hard time w/ IANB, asking the pt to open and close their mouth helps. This bc I noticed too that difficult IANB at the beginning of the procedure were completely numb by the time I finished. I find that it has more to do with them keeping their mouth open. Also waiting, but more bc of keeping mouth open Thank you for the video

Sir my pulp has died due to the use of depulp but the pain is still there...what should I do sir? Dentist is saying there isn't a missing canal in my molar as she found 3 canals...And I don't even feel pain when she insert every length of k files in my canal...what should I do sir?

I think we are mixing and miss understanding this symptom, most of the time it's the inferior molar, why it's almost not found in the other teeth, that because the anesthesia is not adequate

Sir my teeth is paining too much on eating hot stuffs i have undergone RCT treatment on same teeth 3-4 month ago and I guess at that time I have hot tooth as when my dentist given anesthesia it was still paining after 2 blocks and he started treatment while I am in pain i have suffered a lot . So please tell me what should I do now is there any treatment for hot sensitivity should I go for retreatment or extraction
