Hot Toys Wolverine X-Men Days of Future Past Unboxing & Review 

Holy shit. The new sculpt on DOFP battle suit looks phenomenal. I want to swap out the s.king.s sculpt, I might have to buy a second 1973 version now…

I gotta say, I think you've grown a lot since the first time I saw you. I really enjoyed the fact that you were more calm and collected while reviewing this guy.

I actually like wolverines civilian look the best. A lot of my favorite stories of his he’s in regular outfits. This does look better than blogger photos too.

Not a 100% sure on that head sculpt, yes you can see HJ in there but it could be better. Not a deal breaker though and the rest of the figure looks great. I do really appreciate your reviews and they’re the first port of call when looking to purchase any figures !

Those seamless forearms look amazing, and the head sculpt looks really good and the fact that the jacket is leather makes it even better! Great video!

Justin's script for most videos: This might be the best headscuplt to date This might be the best likeness I have seen This is by far the best sixth scale figure I have seen Don't mean to be a troll but just my observation. Though newer technology has upgraded collectible industry but me primarily being a statue collector still have some pieces that have stood the test of time. But I feel like every hot toys collector always seem to lower the value of previous stuff every time somewhat premium gets released.

For the first time I’m actually glad I got the normal version then the deluxe. Because the normal version comes with a base without the typo 😅

I don’t know why, but Logan wearing the black shirt reads “Johnny Cash” to me.

I like how the bone claws are the same shape as the metal claws. This should be standard practice everywhere lol

That hair from Days of Future Past for Hugh Jackman is the most closest to the comics and the best look.

Wow that new sculpt is fantastic. Also yeah the seamless forearms need to be more of a regular thing going forward.

I have the Wovlerine, I love the figure and do not see any issue with the headsculpt! Weird that some have found fault! Great figure, but was a little nervous changing the arms! lol

Face looks more accurate here then other blogger photos. I think it depends what camera lenses people are using.

Awesome figure review! Hot Toys must do Magneto from DOFP, also when they eventually do wolverine in his yellow and blue suit from DP3 it'll be fantastic!

Over the years I've made so many custom Wolverine/Logan figures, definitely don't need this. Looks cool though..

When this was first announced I was all kinds of excited wolverines easily one of my favourite marvel characters but when the blogger pictures leaked I was disappointed. Have to say after seeing your video he really isn’t as bad as the pictures made out you’ve definitely swung me back the other way I’m getting this guy without question. Props for doing the head swaps on both versions they were very good looks. Great video thanks Justin.

Hot Toys done Top Notch, Fantasic Job on the "Wolverine" Figure. I loved Hugh Jackman as "Wolverine" in Wolverine: X-Men Days of Future Past (2018) Movie and all "Wolverine" Films. I love the detailed forearms. The head sculpt still just isn't quite there for me. When you see how accurate they get others like RDJ, they could of did a bit better with Hugh. I agree, I would love to see a 2.0 battle suit.

Pretty rare if ever u see Wolverine pop his claws out and his hands are not in a fist (if wrong please correct). In that instance I would forgive HT for not doing an open hand clawed set of seamless forearms. Figure looks good. Love the bone claws. We don't get too many of those iterations. I'd get him on a discount personally. Not running to get another 1/6 Wolverine at this time. Now if they did a Weapons X Wolverine THAT I may go hmmm 😁 Thanks as always for the vid!

You mentioned it you don’t know why future Logan looks old because he doesn’t age… but he does. Logan is not immortal. Yeah, his healing factor slows his aging, but he still does age. At the time of the future portions of DOFP, he’d be around 140 years old, so some wrinkles and grey hair make sense.

I like it...I have the original dofp wolverine and I already have a kitbash version...there are some parts I like getting ...the belt, the bone claw hands and maybe the diorama.. if anything love to pickup the bone claws...overall a nice figure but I'm happy with my kitbash...im wondering 🤔 if others have a kitbash of this figure 🤔?

Kind of a problem with the movie logic isn't it? You can't make a reliable gatling gun work out of plastic. It would tear itself apart eventually after so many rounds of projectiles go through it...with or without gunpowder. Love DoFP but all plastic sentinel is a stupid idea engineering-wise. I mean the melting point/burning of plastic alone would render the flying impossible. And even if they use a little metal in high stress areas, Magneto is gonna tear it apart. 😂

3:13 Oh My God Hot Toys 🤦‍♂️ WTF!? How do you just want me to let this mistake past? This ain’t Hasbro this ain’t a 20 dollar Marvel Legends from Walmart THIS IS A 330$ FIGURE!!!!!! We are gonna have to travel to the Days of Future Past to go to Hot Toys manufacturing and prevent this mistake from happening 😂 but in all seriousness WTF!? This was gonna be my first hot toys and if I found out about this mistake and I’ve already paid 330$ I WOULVE BEEN PISSED 😤 I would’ve wanted the 330$ backs and a brand new figure without the error 😡😡🤬🤬

This figure was missing the cigar and sunglasses. How can i get replacement stickers for the nameplate? Havent seen anything of hot toys making this announcment in social media. I di however see that sideshow was contacting hot toys about the issue

Why does HotToys have to keep open mouths? A lot of their head sculpts have open mouths. It's not angry expression like Batman has or screaming head sculpts. Just a normal expression with open mouths are just so weird. 😂
