Whenever I get jobs done around the house, I tell the contractor that I’ll cover any unexpected expenses so that questionable parts are replaced without worry about losing profit margin.
Steve, you should carry the Watchdog water alarms, an 9 volt batteries. Sell them to the customers after the job is complete. Especially for crawl and limited access spaces like that.
