We present Hotel review of Park Hyatt, Chennai. This is a 5-star Hotel, the location is excellent in the heart of Chennai. Property and its decor are superb. But the Food is pathetic at 5 star standards. Moreover, the staff is grossly undertrained, mostly juniors who are not able to understand client requirements.
