I feel like it was Carly & Nolan that encountered with the bed bugs, Erin would be freaking out and get mad that Carly would show up at her house like that. But idk maybe she really doesn’t know how big of a deal it is.

Ah omg , bed bugs spread so so easily. Not trying to be rude at all but Erin should’ve definitely stayed at home , bed bugs is something you need to deal with immediately when you even think that you might have them. Check your beds, check the luggage, I’d get rid of any clothes or wash and dry them in high high heat , anything you can throw out that you had I would. I had them at my grandparents and we had to steam clean all the beds all the furniture, the corners of all walls, the baseboards , I’d even look into professional help if there’s a service for that in LA, if it overwhelms you. And I wouldn’t be visiting anyone until you know for sure they aren’t in your house. Especially staying in the same bed as tj.

I absolutely adore the both of you so please don't take this as anything more than me hoping to educate you but bed begs are a plague and spread extremely easy. You need to check everything in your home. Only extreme heat can kill them. I wouldn't be going to anyone else's home either.

CHECK LITERALLY YOUR ENTIRE MATTRESS!!!! Every single surface they love to hide! They love to come out at night and they also can be in your suitcase and clothes if they did come from the hotel. I would check everything with a flashlight. Tj will constantly keep waking up with more bites if they are on your mattress. Carly be careful girly Erin can bring them to your house without knowing!!!!! Xoxo

ERIN, only one third of people are allergic to bed bugs so that is why TJ is seeing and feeling the bites. You are being bitten too but may not have a reaction 😬

I love how Erin got an iPad specifically for podcasts and we’ve only seen it a couple times 😹

A quick google would’ve revealed how easy it is to spread bed bugs and how difficult and costly it can be to get rid of them

Not to scare you but you need to immediately get a mattress bag, pillow bags and foot traps for aannnnything you sit on and keep everything off the floor. We had to do 4 treatments with diatomaceous earth. We only ever saw and captured one bed bug, no other signs. Also spray alllllll bottom borders of your walls, furniture, outlets with alcohol. We also put all our clothes in big Tupperware until we knew they were gone. We kept one in a jar for MONTH and it was still alive!! (They also 100% travel on clothes I got bit in my car 🫠)

I worked in a hotel in housekeeping and we had to check our mattresses with flashlights after each guest checked out. Bed bugs can transfer from any clothing you were wearing in the bed that was infected to your bed in your house, couch and things like that Erin please get a flashlight and check y'all's mattress. It's best to check late at night when they're active.

Carly, morning hunger is a good sign, it means your cortisol levels are low. Try hydrating as soon as you wake up with water+electrolytes and then eat a high protein and fat breakfast

Bed bugs spread SOOOO easy my grandparents had them in their house and they ended up getting in my car and everything just from giving my grandparents rides places. They spread so easy.

this is so crazy that you are talking about bed bugs because we currently have some at home so the building has been doing treatments every 2 weeks for the past 3 months and will continue to do so. which would normally be a good thing because theyre addressing the problem, and is a good thing dont get me wrong. except everytime a treatmemt happens, we need to put ALL furnitures in the middle of every room and bag up ALL items into garbage bags and also put them in the middle of every room. so the workers could do their treatment. we’re basically living out of our luggages for the past 3 months and its getting pretty tiring. so Erin, yes, you need to treat this as worst case scenario immediately because it gets worse fast

My boyfriend was an exterminator and bed bugs are EXTREMELY easy to spread! On days my boyfriend had to work on bed bug jobs he would completely strip down in the garage, and toss his clothes in the wash before coming in the house. Don’t take this lightly lol YIKES!

Bed bugs are a big deal and spread easily. Start checking your whole house, all your furniture and clothes. They can spread to the foundation of your house. I’ve had bed bugs for almost 2 years. We only got rid of them when we moved.

Bed bugs can spread easily, I had them 4 years ago, no clue where they came from, I hadn’t gone on vacation or to anyone’s home who had them. They can easily travel in excess packaging such as the plastic that toilet paper or paper towels are wrapped in. I could not afford the heat treatment so had to opt for the chemical treatment, which took the bug company 4 serperate times to come to my home to spray. I ended up having to get a new bed frame as the babies were crawling out of the slats of my sleigh bed. My sheets had what looked like ink stains on them. They are a nightmare to have! Erin next time stay home and don’t go to Carly’s!

As someone who was born and raised in San Diego, there’s definitely an underlying tone of everyone’s just conservative here and there’s a lot of weird men and boomers that hang around places like the hotel you went to
