A narrative would be nice. But 5 acres is about 4 football fields which is everything within the fences. Everything green. But one good wind and all that dirt farm will end up in your house. It needs trees, desperately. I know it's been a few years but would love to know how much it went for. I'm guessing $3oo,ooo.

Ya it does looks to small and tbh they won't make much money from the land no trees soil looks a little dry I wouldn't have placed the fence like that I would've gotten cows and make money back but it's not my house anyway I plan on buying 10 acers hopefully soon I would totally do a tour
The 5 acres is the property that’s fence around the house and then there’s the other property next to it sort of 5 acres is everything that’s around his house but the fence going all the way around because I have on supposedly 5 acres but on the property when you look it up on my when you look it up it says my property is right under 3 acres and I was talking to my neighbor not too long ago his father-in-law his father around my house a long long time ago in the property so when we were talking about my house and his house to prop how much property we have and when I said I have close to three that’s what it says and he says no there’s about 5 acres there so looking at this video the property all around the house that’s fenced in mines kind a like that except for my house sits further back from the road I have more property out front than I do outback
Yeah here in Illinois theres lands with like 60 acres decent small houses for like 350k. Theres huge houses with less land like her in the video for like 350k-450k. Kinda all depends what u want

@@Duck-nb4ci That's really really cheap. It's even cheaper than here in india. Here prices of agricultural land even in remote locations starts from 500000₹ per acre that's roughly 6000$
@@Davo32310 Really wide open spaces give me the fear. I like some hills, trees, buildings. If I see too much horizon and sky I get nervous! It's probably much nicer from the ground though.
@@Mistik20071 the hay created from 5 acres is hardly anything worthwhile and getting someone to cut that to keep only a percentage of what they cut and process may be a waste of their time.
