@kurtdog119 Newport 's STH-10 was sounding for the working alarm dispatch.The hilly terrain makes it difficult to hear at most times,unless the wind is from the east to the west and or high humidty.

Easy brother,Yes I am a volunteer fire fighter with this company in the video.There is really nothing to be confused about.Key word is "Volunteer".Not Career! The beginning of the description explains also, that it's NOT my career.I am more active in fire fighting than 70% of fire fighters in this company,I am 40 years old not an 18 or a 25 year old active member.My responding to 300 to 500 calls annually is over.I've been doing that since 1988.Paying my bills and taking it easy is what I help.

why wont they use the 3 sirens you put on there?

I just get on the PA and tell them I'm responding to their house, amazing how fast they move then.

The back doors I'm not so worried about.It's the seat belt use that isn't followed by many,including officers.The Squad is new except the box,which only was supplied with lap belts back in 1993.And the majority voted to keep the box as is during refurb.

Yeah ,I think he was trying to hype his self up. In traffic or an open roadway,you can't even hear and see an emergency vehicle from a mile away.

we have the rumbler and it is great. it gets people to move and it cool.

What caused the explosion?

Yes,the fireman hanging out the back is a White Coat too(a Chief). I have no control over them.I mention stuff like this to them of others,and if they themselves do it,it means nothing for me to complain about trying to get rules fully in place.

@kurtdog119 Son,no kidding! My company was the first in this area to have "The Rumbler".I have 2 videos from 2008 representing the Rumbler.I'll be 40 years old the end of this year,been fighting fires since 1988.Those that know me.know that I know a thing or two about lights&sirens.

My lord how many engines, ladders, rescues, etc., needed for a freaking house explosion? These incidents usually end up being pretty straight-forward - either obvious injured, dead, or missing. I hope nothing else happened in the city really don't know once all these apparatus congested, if anyone could get out to respond?

I don't go on calls when I have a woman over the house,am tired,sick,have to go to work,just got off of work,have appointments,about to leave town or just don't feel like it.And with all of this,still am active.I work 12 plus hour shifts. @fire214 Horrible.When I ride seat next now I have to make up for this,depending on the run type.A wreck or structure box,I'm going to rock the Federal PA300,PowerCall,Bell,Federal "Q",put my whole arm in the lanyard loops of both- the Nathan and Grovers horns and pull the rope for the bumper.

Why the hell don't the use the 3 sirens? Is it even legal to respond code 3 with just a horn in Delaware?

The Rumbler isn't a siren itself. What it is is a low pitch subwoofer that they can activate over the siren. I live near St. Pete Florida and all the ambulances down here have them. I highly recommend it because you can literally feel it lmao. And I like those 2 refurbed Pierce's lmao but too much powercall!! And where was this?

manpower and FAST perhaps, I know for us, for a working house fire we have our rescue respond just so all out manpower and apparatus get there, and we call in an additional rescue as a FAST truck

Question is, are theyre younger people who are willing to be trained to take that spot? Who is going to give them the tutolage they need? Volunteer departments should not shun anybody, or have roster limits. Not everybody can show up to every call.
