I swear if I see Beef stare at one more picture of a shelf and then immediately flip it upside down... Well, I won't do anything, but you know. Seriously though, buys a "down" shelf flips it over. Buys an "up" shelf, flips it over. Then gets confused because they don't match the pictures. You did that yourself! Gotta love the Beef.

I watch this series mainly to listen to the comments through beef's voice, it's hilarious, don't stop doing it please

Cant you make your own posters/pictures? Make one of your own car if you can

I would turn that mud room into a laundry room instead of having the laundry in the bathroom. But still have it lead to the garage. I also feel like a kitchen at the entrance would be kinda weird, so if you are gonna open that all up, I would have the kitchen at the far end of the house and the living area towards the front instead. Those are just my suggestions.

The rug really ties the room together.

Decorating the houses actually does drive up the bids. People are happier when there are specific rooms rather than a general shell of a house, which makes them bid higher 🤷🏻‍♂️

Plants in the bathroom makes sense. If anywhere needs fresh oxygen produced it's the bathroom

Hey Beef, maybe try cleaning and selling every thing and start from scratch. A clean house is easier to fix and paint. Then furnish as you wish.

Your voice impressions crack me up, as you buy and sell more houses you get more perks points to change up the price a bit, that's why buying the small houses and making them a quick flip is a good thing to do. Love tho watch this with you, I laugh every time!

you can easily add your own pictures by going to gallery and adding your own pictures. It makes decorating rooms so much nicer! :)

When I bought that house I completely reversed the inside and put the kitchen and family room on the garage side...got rid of the mud room, and put an office in the front of the garage...there are so many ways to rearrange when you bust down walls...I am hoping the update allows you to change where fixtures in the bathroom go, etc (I haven't had a chance to play it yet)....:) Keep up the great work!

Okay a couple things: 1)You can download pictures and make your own ‘paintings’ in this game. 2)There is totally a better checkerboard floor tile down further in the options.

Flip the shelf three times to the right, then twice to the left and once back to the right. It works on combination locks so it might work for this.

Yes Beef , you can download your own pictures so you don't have to use the game's options over & over , they do cost a bit more to place in a house , but you can at least also customize the size , who wouldn't want a Pojk Band Poster

I love this series but wow. That house with so many different colors and plants. It looks like a clown threw up a rainbow salad in that house. Also the chat voice is entertaining.

I have no idea why people are complaining so much about you decorating the houses. The game is called House Flipper! It's an interior decorating game ¬_¬ If you weren't meant to decorate they wouldn't have all those items available to choose from!

There are good checker pattern floor tiles that you can get. You missed them. They are at the bottom of the list. Great video! Loving the game, keep it up.

Ya'll have some interesting differences from us {I live in Texas}. I've never seen tile in a garage. We just keep it concrete. I have seen some people stain and/or seal the floor though. What you call a "mud room" we just use as a laundry room. You can take your messy shoes off in the garage. Then strip off the nasty clothes in the laundry room to go directly into the wash.

Tile in a garage????? Edit: Huh. It is a thing. Looks like they make floors of some sort of rubber or plastic tiles with a texture pattern.

with the last update you can sell and place radiator and plumbing mounts to move them out of the way.

if you hit the letter "F" you can turn on a flashlight and you can see dirt and dark room better (or at least it helps me out on the dirt)

I bought the assets on unity a wile back and the shelf have weird problems. One of the shelf is more of a ghost shelf. The devs should have marked it or something.

If you look up under the minimap it tells you what room you’re in.

Plant in the bathroom.. well of course is so you can water it when ever you go in.

white tiles in the garage? think of all the dirt and cleaning out the grout, not to mention breaking a tile every single time you drop a tool.

Beeeeef i said this once and ill say it again paint and tile first before anything else it will help you get a theme. Also protip if u paint/tile the walls and floor. the dirt will still show. Making it easier to spot the dirt. P.s maybe you could have gone for brown bricks in the garahe and i saw a brown tile piece thag would look good on the garage. But its ok i like how u painted it. But maybe can u make a room with more wallpapers instead of paint to give it a classy look

Hey Beef, thought you might want to know (hopefully my math is correct): you made 3,488.80 profit on your first house flip (which included the cost of staging and redecorating), and 33,132.28 profit on this new house flip (including staging)! So ignore what people are saying about not getting the profit back, as long as you're not losing money, it's well worth spending time to decorate a place. I'm sure no one wants to watch a series of you just repainting some walls
