This is my sweet spot in kpop. The industry is vast and there's a lot of good stuff in a lot of different styles, but this bass-y, bounce-y, house-y, or metallic vibe is my absolute favorite. I miss NU'EST so much for this reason, they did some great house-adjacent music, mixed with other influences, in their ten years. (Inside Out, R.L.T.L., Bass, etc.) As something of a connoisseur, props for featuring lesser-known tracks as well as iconic ones. I feel like everyone remembers 1TEAM for "Vibe", but "Make This" will always be my pick; and Weki Meki's discography deserves to be appreciated for its house abundance!
After watching your video I am starting to want to know what genres I listen to. So far my favorite are house, deep house, eletronic, and edm. Thank you
videos like this made me identify what type of k-pop songs I actually like. In general most of my music taste is or is influenced by house/techno/dubstep/electronic music/etc.
As someone who's twin brother introduced in every style of eletronic music existent, I always had a soft spot for house music ❤ and my brother doesnt like kpop but he says he likes "many kpop instrumentals", that are actually the ones that are house music inspired
My number one favorite kpop house song is Dreaming. Something abt it is so addicting and also strangely European?? Like I can't explain, my European ass just feels nostalgic when listening to the song 💀
Accidentally I realized since my starting point from2010 that I DREADFULLY into house genres…especially tropical~ summer vibes are too hard for my Russian ass 😂
very good video by any change could you make a video on breakcore, orbcore, UK garage and drum and bass in k-pop I often struggle to find these genres and my friends like them and wanted to introduce them to kpop through that thank you
i've been thinking what song i missed for a few days after watching your video... is 127's 'breakfast' house as well? the song itself didn't get me but i've been listening *instrumental* nonstop like crazy cause beat is so good i can't thanks for hella educational video once again ~know i know~
Did know Frankie knuckle is one of the inventor of the Remix music technique and he's one of the inventors of House Music. Evebody that makes House music needs to let everybody else from other music genres know that the Remix technique is ours we made it. If they don't make House music or listen to House music they should not be using the Remix technique. A remix was never for everyone. It was for us to use only.
