One of the best homes I’ve seen. Very well themed all throughout. Julia’s right, internationally themed home that you don’t usually see in the PH. I can imagine being inside this house in Bantangas but feels like in a different country. Great architecture!

This is by far, the most unique and beautiful house I have seen in this channel. The owners of the house clearly has impeccable taste in design. The interior design is love. I would just like to say, these past months I’ve felt very tired and unmotivated to pursue anything else in my life for myself. But when I saw this house I love it so so much that it gave me the motivation and inspiration that I needed. This is the most relaxing home that I have seen. The living room, bedroom and pool views remind me of Boracay white sand beaches. The camera loves the light colors and every shot is in perfect focus. Even the staff kitchen looks professional and expensive. White rounded corners throughout the house remind me of Greek Island homes. I also avoid furniture with sharp edges after smashing into so many sharp edges. Perfect 5 stars.

Thank you Presello and Julia for touring this amazing home! Best one yet on the channel. I think the 2 steps down to the pool is called a baja shelf. I think if the developers/architect had more lot freedom this could be better but overall the best property you've ever toured!

Ang taste ni Julia is Charming, Minimalist, Scandinavian style, Family centered, Timeless Homes. Not the Bachelor pad type, In-your-face, Ultra Luxe, Overwhelming Mansions other builders specialize in. With these kind of houses you’ll hear and FEEL her say ANG GANDAAA. SO CLEANNN. CHARMINGGG.

Lots of things and details to love about this house! I guess my one and only concern is that one of the staff rooms is beside the pump room which I believe is very noisy (as heard in the video) I know that the pump is not on 24/7 but still is disturbing to the person resting in the room beside it.

I think the aesthetic here is more iki than wabi-sabi. Wabi-sabi connotes embracing imperfections and transience as opposed to iki that connotes a more deliberate presentation of something as mundane, simple, even gritty. Nonetheless, LOVE the house. The stucco walls are hard to pull off but it was well done here. Haaay sana all may 35million lol

always love the drone shots. reminds me how much i miss being in philippines. i think these provincial houses are much nicer than in metro manila. prices are more reasonable and you also have more space. 34:50 would be a good space for a coffee pot

The house looks great! Just a correction, the term is arch not arc. Arc is used for circle's circumference, whicle arch is the curved structure. Hope this helps. 😁

With so many bay windows in this home is best to be on a beach strand or couple of blocks from the beach were you can get the full sea breeze flowing through your entire home. No double plien UV windows you're going to fry in this home, I can understand the minimalist color pallet considering all the non-protective light coming in, it's going fade anything that has color within the home. Selective rooms with AC units it's definitely going to be a hot home cause not everyday will be a breezy day. The fishbowl design add another $20-30K (US dollar), on double plien UV windows; heat doesn't come in, prevents color fading and only light comes in your home. It's very expensive but it extends the longevity of anything that has color in your home. Julia and your team, good job in presenting the modern fishbowl home.

The time you pushed and opened the main door, I was flabbergasted with the floor layout. With that foyer space creating a welcoming vibe of the living room area. Darn, I wanna buy this property so bad. The architectural design of the house is impressive- the fact is near the beach and you have the elevated swimming pool. I'll definitely buy the lot beside it for a garden and guest house. Lord, help me win the grand jackpot lotto please!

It become my to do list to watch your house tour. It's inspiring seeing how our country has developed beautiful houses comparable to what we have in British Columbia. We really admired how you do the tour . Very educational and interesting. Since we have been out if the country for over 16 years it would be nice to more of less indicate approximately the cost of each house on tour, this will give you idea if retiring back home is affordable. I noticed that the shower in the second room that has the little window has blinds at the top and the common bathroom has the string for blinds that you probably missed kasi you kept saying na you won’t worry that people can see you when you take a shower.
