It's standard practice to leave the furnishings in the model home. The furniture, the artwork on the walls, and the knickknacks often stay with the home-if you ask for them. State that they're to remain with the home without consideration and without a warranty when you're putting these items into the contract.

Outstanding video but unfortunately the starting price seems to be $150K - $180K more on the builder's website when I check today. The $400k+ is Too good to be true !!! 😭

Correct, prices increase every 2-3 weeks. From the day I aired the video that was the price as of🙂

Yes but we have 100 degree hot as hell days with no hills or ocean views. Not worth it.

This floorpan starts $409k this model home isn't for sale yet, the neighborhood is fairly new and just developing. model home usually are listed towards closing sale of th lots available.
