Thanks for showing Norma 👍👍 Gorgeous house but kitchen is too small and not enough cunter space for food prepping for family. . Too much access point to the rooms upstairs. All anyone has to do is climb up balcony and getting access to the rooms. Now, that sounds paranoid I know but we're living in a dangerous world 🌎 Finally not safety friendly for kids too much opening looking down. I can't imagine hyperactive kids living there.

This one as is bid starts at $489K sold at its highest bid, some builders include but limit the decor and furniture depending on what the buyer wants.

@@deniseg4741 congratulations on your new home!! Florida is such a beautiful place to live! This home is in Katy, Texas just a few minutes west Houston! Suburbs are always less $$ and not as much flooding issue!

Oh yes Miami house market ridiculously high, this home is priced right and lucky those that bought it at that price. Prices increase every month if not weeks according to sales rep.

Hi I recently came across your channel. I really enjoy the home tours. However I usually dont watch the entire video. I prefer a verbal guided tour instead of going around the house with background music only
