That kitchen! 🔥🔥🔥🔥 the double wall oven and my fridge lol I love the back yard, only thing is I want an enclosed one. I want to be able to sit out back and don’t have to worry about bugs of any kind lol. I still want a back yard with screens in it. And just for more privacy!

It’s gorgeous. Are they marketing this as a lake?? That’s not a lake, that’s a man made pond, shallow brown muddy water with a fountain in it up the way.

This home is certainly gorgeous! you are correct on the pond, its man made although its not muddy and dark like I've seen in other areas this one looks pretty :)

Who are these stagers? A little messy. Respectfully. My OCD self wants to go in there and rearrange things, lol. I liked the kitchen and dining room layout and patio.

Hello Elizabeth, thanks for watching hope you enjoyed the tour. All of these new model homes are within an HOA I haven't yet came across a new build home that is outside of an HOA, when I do I will definitely film it! Thanks for the visit
