What the lady said in the car is BEST. Buy an apartment first is the smartest decision for any young person. Save yourself the hoopla. Plus you can use it as an investment, or a collateral. You can rent out later,, if you upgrade, or sell It's way cheaper to buy, especially as a mortgage.

Thats a genius idea by Wode Maya. Is he charging? I feel like if its free people will take advantage 😭 he should have a monthly charge like a membership . Also he needs to put some type of gps/tracker on his electronics people are evil!

BEAUTIFUL! SOUL...inside & out is what Wode has. After such a hard work getting to the top of the ladder, with his 1M SUBS!!! he took the time to think of others who are up and coming and made something for them all to use to help them become all they can be on the RU-vid platform. The skatepark is very nice! They even set certain time frames for just children, and girls. It’s off of a very busy street though, with an entrance that’s a little tricky, but maybe they’ll work on it. I hope there are more things like this being developed for kids in Accra. Next we need a roller skating rink!😊

That is such a blessing for Wode Maya to be thinking about the Ghanian people. Bring the money to Ghana and keep the money in Ghana. What a unique person to even think about this. I don’t even think I heard anybody doing this in the U. S. Everybody is for themselves in the U.S. I guess they can rent the usage of equipment, and location and learn how to you tube etc. And he teaches them. Wow! you cant get any better.

Nice content Vanessa. This is a big achievement for content creation for Ghana and Africa as a whole. I do feel the term free access shouldn't be overexploited. A little stipend to cover maintenance either weekly or monthly will go a long way to help this project to last. Anyways my regards to your wonderful family ❤️🌟
