For those of you just joining us, welcome! We're Vic and Jo and we've been narrowboating around the UK for the last few years on our 54ft narrowboat Zero. Two years ago we decided to give up our jobs in the city and add another boat to our fleet in hope of turning it into a travelling cafe and becoming full time boating baristas.

Great to see you all again .My heart went out to you as i lived on a boat for 2 years and was deeply saddened when due to ill heealth i got to be a landlubber again..After 10 years you must feel disorientated but on the good side you still have Holly to escape to . I am so glad you are continuing your videos as they brighten up my day.

Seeing what you do in your new land home is nice, but in all fairness it's what most of us do everyday who live in a land home. What was truly exciting and different is your magical life on your narrowboats.

This is a sad post, at least for me, but I've got to let you guys go. Your channel was my favorite narrowboat channel, and I've seen everyone of the episodes, always checking for the next one. However, life in a house may be understandably new and exciting to you but for me, well, it's what I do everyday. Narrowboat living may well have been an option for me many years ago but now I'm dependent on you and other narrowboat folks to help bring a few minutes each day remembering the peace, quiet and beauty of living in the outdoors (I grew up living in the country). Your last few episodes have been sort of just mailed in, I know now it was probably because of you making the transition to home living so I perfectly understand. If you ever get back to puddling along down a canal, I hope I'm around to catch it. Truly, best of luck to you guys, and damn, that William is such a cute one.

Glad you are all well. It's quite a thing to own a house and a narrow boat. I couldn't afford both so had to sell my narrow boat, I really miss the canals and boat life generally. I content myself with just walking the towpaths now. Be happy.

Big change, but for more better, safe space and time for William. Once you get use again Joe to running water, flush toilet, and real endless electric lights with heating at the touch of a button you will be OK. For now you have Holly to play with and guessing it won't be to long before you get a place of your own. What a Christmas you can have this year, as you can ask the family and friends around to Christmas dinner with a massive magic Christmas tree for William. Good luck to all three of you.

Horse chestnuts or "Conkers", placed on window sills or apertures will prevent spiders from coming into homes, they cannot stand them for some reason and apparently there s going to be a big invasion of large spiders as winter approaches. Nice to see how William is progressing. Take care Y'all.

We have been living on our narrowboat for just over a year and know that one day we will have to return to living on land. It must be bitter sweet for you as it must be a lot easier but not as sociable. I know that my husband would miss talking to passers by as well as conversing with the ducks and swans each day. We hope that you can continue to post some videos every now and then xxxx

Must seem very odd being in a house. William is so beautiful, and has grown up a lot in the past few weeks when we have not seen him. You must have a lot more room now, and no threat of William falling overboard. But I bet you miss going along, and watching the views from your boat. But at least you still have Holly, so you can get your boat "fix" if you need to. xxx
