I loved this video, it reminds me of home 🙂 When I was just 15 years old I went on an art class field trip to the Georgia O'Keeffe Museum. I had no idea that 10 years later she would continue to be so relevant in my life. Her paintings have inspired me for over a decade now and I still feel her presence and impact all the way around the world here in Madrid, where she just had a huge exhibition of her work. She's one of those figures I'll take with me for a long time. Thanks for sharing this 🤍
I happened upon Abiquiu by chance while car camping in my Volvo wagon. Ended up building an adobe artist studio on the banks of the rio Chama for a new transplant from sf. Beautiful place but the mosquitoes were so thick you could not go outside after sundown .
In den siebzigern war ich in Santa Fee und ich bedauere es sehr O keefe Nicht gekannt zu haben. Santa Fee und Nee Mexiko ist so ein faszinierendes Land. Okeefe hat dort tolle Bilder gemalt. Diese Künstler Biographien sind toll. N

I hate modern art. But georgia o keefe is changing my mind. The peace and quiet and sadness and solitude and utter beauty of it all is one of the most exotic things ive ever seen.. I imagine her nights there. ❤
