You're quite right, thanks! Going by the Elaine Paige Broadway debut thing in After 5, this is probably September 9th 1996, which would make this the first in the 7th series of How 2 according to The Times.
I've noticed before, that Caron Keating's accent changed dramatically between Blue Peter and her later work. She had a very noticeably Northern Irish accent, where here it's practically English.
