I'm replaceing my a/c rad condensor , then i will add some pag oil to the condensor when fitting , new a.c dryer comes with the radiator ! ❤ Then i will try some stop leak and top up the a.c.....mine leaked out within 30 mins but was working fine for 5 months ! Got the part to do it but it's a hot day! It's my 2nd car anyway! I will do the job at the weekend when it gets cooler out! My car is 2006 so the rad is really old ! 142 k miles too!

Replaced everything but the lines and evaporator, and was losing charge about every 4 months or so. Super seal works great and I haven't had to recharge in over 2 years.

I used the ac pro super seal in my semi truck over a year ago. It is still holding up right now. And the shop wanted $2500 to fix my ac system

I used a 20 ounce can of your a/c pro and it lasted 2 weeks exactly, my system holds 1.35 lbs, do you think this will help and if so should I add more refrigerant right afterwards.

Yes, if a can leaked out already you can try Super Seal to see if that will fix it. You need a can of refrigerant to add afterwards to circulate throughout the system.

Can I still try to do ac super seal for now? I don’t have the funds to replace everything right now but my ac loses charge in about 2-3 days after putting ac charge

You can add Super Seal now, but you need to chase it with refrigerant for it to work it's way around the system. You also need refrigerant for the system to function properly.

Just purchased this ac Pro super seal. On our volvo, it is only fitted with the high pressure side coupling. How do i get the seal into the system?

Every vehicle has both a high and low side port. Sometimes they are vey hard to find. Try using our port locator tool with vehicle-specific images. www.acprocold.com/a-c-port-finder/

AC PRO does Super Seal only works for car AC that use r-134a ... I own a civic that use r1234yf refrigerant, will it work on the leaks....thanks

The 134a Super Seal will not work on a vehicle with 1234yf. 1234yf vehicles use different size low and high side ports to prevent mixing. The can and gauge also use reverse threads. The goverment is the one that mandates the specs.

I have a leak in my evaporator behind the dash! Hoping this helps somehow..... Not sure how to do this without pulling a vacuum first. Cant pull a vacuum because of the leak. Thoughts?

This product doesn't require you to pull a vacuum to use it. If you have a leak in your evap, and your system is blowing hot air, you most likely have lost all the refrigerant out of the system.

@@Glenn_123 A mechanic would put a vacuum machine on it for like 30 minutes to evacuate out moisture and such , BEFORE he re-charges it.

If the leak is so bad you can't pull a vaccum, then you probably have a hole too big for this stuff to repair.

Yes, it has both metal and rubber leak sealer so it will work on rubber 0-rings.

You first need to confirm whether your Honda uses R-134a or R-1234yf. You can confirm by looking for a sticker under your hood (usually yellow/black) with the refrigerant type on it. We have both a R-134a and R-1234yf version of this Super Seal product.

That really depends on the type and size of leak you have in your system. If your system goes from blowing cold air after adding refrigerant to warm air in less than two weeks, you may have a hole larger than what can be fixed with this product.

This Super Seal product requires a separate can of refrigerant to chase the sealant through the system after it's added.

I heard leak seal can clog up lines and cause the timing belt to stop from my ac mechanic. Is he saying anything valid with other products versus yours that doesn’t do this?

It's a common misperception that leak sealer will gum up the system, but it's not true. The leak sealer will stay in liquid form and circulate around the system.

It will guaranteed or your money back and repair costs to fix blocked tubes that it won’t clog tubes? It sounds like the leak seal would solidify or congeal to block off the leak.

@@Acprocold I was just told by my mechanic to not put leak seal in it because if it ends up going to the professional, it will trash their equipment they use for recharging. the A/C. Your thoughts

This is a common misperception, but is totally not true with what we use in our product. We don't use any leak sealers that will clog your system or trash the recovery equipment your professional technician uses to remove refrigerant from your system.

Then you gotta big leak somewhere. My car had a very small leak I charged it once lasted 2 years then it was all gone then I used this sealer and it’s been lasting a long time now so I fixed it I guess
