Sir, you've missed a crucial point. Isn't the hollow at the base meant to add weight to the pieces before the felt is attached? It should've been very informative to all viewers if you did mention weighted and non-weighted pieces. Nice video, though.

In India we call them Horse instead of Knight, Camel instead of Bishop and Elephant instead of Rook. Chess culture is different all across the world you know, though it's the same game.

I just WISH it was NOT plastic....... 🤨😔😒[n b4 somebody says WOOD also is bad for the earth/cutting trees - maybe we have to do biodegradable plastic/ similar options.... or RECLAIMED wood, like they did for the Candidates trophy which Guki got!
