How a Döner Kebab is made in Vietnam, Hanoi

After a hot day we allowed us a delicious Döner Kebab on the streets of Hanoi.
So we accidently found this guy selling some great Döners and after the second Döner I decided to record the entire making process.
The poor guy is staying there all day and is making his money. Please support him if you are in Vietnam , Hanoi right now :-)
Conclusion: The sun is high but the prizes are not. High recommendation.

I don't think it's kebab but more a burger type. Though that type of street food is my most favourite. I just love street foods of Asian countries.

I must say Vietnam's been popular with their cuisine lately. They like to use their bare hands in all their meals. Adding alot of MSG for taste. And if drinking Bia Hoi (Beer) they just wash the mug straight into a water and never washed it with soap! That's for a 5.000vnd Bia Hoi!

I bet in Canada they also make a good turkish doner, if it's not donair, however in Europe, Doner there is more likely to be always fresh and edible I think.

with the cold salad into the hot grill, that's a nono. he should have put the bread into the grill first. he didnt cut the meat right, there was all along dark grilled areas and he kept cutting the white places. by the way, the knife is to long for the short working place. how about the hygienics, there is lots of left over rubbish under the grill.
