Imagine. You've been seeing this guy for a while now. You two have really hit it off. On the tenth date he brings you to his house. You're both on the couch, your arms wrapped around one another, savoring each embrace... until he tells you, "I'd like you to meet someone." He calls out a name, and as you sit there anxiously waiting... A fucking goose walks into the living room.
Not a 'fucking' goose but a LOVELY goose. This would make me fall in love with him right away:-). Of course, there's much more to it than just having the same love for non humans but it'd certainly be a huge plus!
Loved your story...I wish I had gotten my pet goose "George" as a baby, but he was a rescue suffering from separation anxiety, after having been passed around too many times in different homes where things didn't work out...He has a new "Forever" family here with us and feels the "Love" he never knew before !!!

Geese are awesome pets! I have a 21 yr. old white chinese gander I raised from a gosling. If raised by humans they become imprinted and you will be mother/father goose, love of their life, forever. They are long lived, intelligent and have excellent memories. Never betray a goose, they will never forgive you. haha Question for you Julio---- geese need a lot of grazing on grasses, clovers and if kept confined need ample greens like leaf lettuces ( never iceberg ) dandelion greens, mustard greens etc. Do you feed Harvester greens daily? Very important for their health.
Cute story. I've saved many myself and am raising another one abandoned by his mother now. But based on the sounds of the vocalizations that Harvester is making, I am pretty sure Harvester is a girl.
If I had one, I'd name it 'omelette' in memory of what he nearly was. My mate's dog is called 'Gloves', so every time the dog is bad he just frowns at it and growls "Gloves".
Just go online and look up " Duck diapers" they have goose sized ones too. Pads that fit into a little sling pant for them. Youmight find a sewing pattern online too.
I have NEVER seen a diaper like that before. I HAVE ro know where you got it!! I have a support duck that sleeps in bed and goes everywhere with me. Something with this design woukd be amazing for long exhausted overnights to not miss such frequent diaper changes
