Thanks Rick! besides giving me The Beastie Boys you are synchronistically aligned with my passions. I've been running with natural or minimal shoes since 2011 more or less and haven't had an injury (except when for a marathon I switched to other brand because I liked the "design")... This past year I've been running with the Altra Escalante (removed the inner sole) and I also use Golden's Floatrun device, I'm training for a BQ in August and I'm very happy, I also use minimal-everyday casual foot-shaped shoes from Camper. So all in! Thanks for interviewing Golden Harper and putting this "natural movement" out to reach out more people, it's not about what running shoes you choose and then run, it's about understanding your technique and form! Thankyou! I only wear shoes if I have to, being self employed means I’m free most of the time to be barefoot on my mountain property in Aotearoa/New Zealand. I’m going to look now for Altra. What a blessing.
