Tbf, to an actual civil engineer, the idea of any project being finished under budget is a pretty radical one. Real life infrastructure tends to consistently go over budget.

Day thirty six of asking Matt to add the Second Narrows Bridge, Ironworkers Memorial to the Wheel of Bridgetune It is a cantilevered truss bridge, carrying 6 lanes of traffic from Vancouver to North Vancouver in B.C. across the second narrowing of the Burrard Inlet. It's name comes from the fact that it collapsed twice during construction, which unalived 23 people in total (Hence the name, ironworkers memorial).

go seigen is an acquaintance of mine. it's 'sei' pronounced 'say' then gen with a hard g to say his name. He's named after a very famous go player that really pushed the game and is sort of respected as the GOAT of go/baduk. It's always a little weird when I hear you say his name because it's oh I know that guy and you say it funny which is fair it's a weird name but I thought I'd mention how to say it. IDK why I felt like mentioning it. Love the videos btw.
