Aditya, as a licensed real-estate agent, it would have been nice to see you educate him on how to legally build his business to ensure he has continued success. Certain things he mentioned in the video are illegal, such as getting paid in cash (potential tax evasion), renting out/leasing property without a license, working on a student visa, and "managing" properties that are not up to code... We both know he was "joking", "bragging" and not making anywhere near that amount of money. Nor does he lease/rent properties. He was saying everything to sound "cool", and it helped with your video views, but really, "bragging" should be kept on the down low. I love his passion and ambition to make money, but he should be taught the right way to succeed. I wouldn't want anyone getting in trouble for bragging or being misinformed. All the best in 2023!
That's what I thought as well, he is clearly admitting to getting commissions in cash. Also, I doubt if students on student visas are allowed to work as rental brokers without a license.

It's already crashing. You been tracking prices last 3 months? London is crashing like a rock in water. One home sold 850k in Jan, same model home a few doors down sold 570k. The 570k home had a pool, and was beautiful inside compared to the 850k one that looked like it was done by a poor flipper. Soon you will get 400k homes in London like it's pussy on the bone.
Pigeon holes... highly risky property. Not sure if that's even legal. Every property is approved and designed for a certain number of humans... you cannot just restructure it like this.
Aditya I love your content. Just my 2 cents on improving video quality- please use a mic for yourself and your guests. Camera work is also very shaky. Everything else is great, love your work 👍🏻

Bro i have one question u said in ur previous videos if we want to buy a house only 5%down is enough... The thing is to get loan or mortgage from bank will they see person profile like will they see how much money the person is making what we are unemployed? If we want to buy a house how much salary we need to get to go for loan or mortgage for a house costs around 500k to 1m below?
Yes they always look at how much money you’re making and how much expenses you have every month so I would suggest find a mortgage broker or agent in your area and go talk to them they can guide you more in specific with your situation
This is really nothing to be proud off for making Cash Flow ..really are we serious on the back of poor students !!!!!...I cannot imagine how the Owner allows this .. The Town/County in Windsor should close this house as it is a walking Safety hazard, Such a small house is not built for 9 - 10 people to stay and consume electric , gas and is 100% not following any Housing Codes etc... there are several Safety violations in dividing and building spaces into small rooms ..they are not healthy for the students closed spaces and cramped , It might be a good deal for some greedy owners , but imagine a Fire breaks out there is no exit points and with a lot of partitions this is a high RISK ... International students, please don't fall for this horrible way of living , make your student experience memorable and please dont live like rats ....... This is not acceptable and is definitely not allowed in all major counties in the US, i don't know how the Canadian authorities allow this ???

Great Question! as long as you are not buying or selling real estate as an agent, you don't need a license. It all depends on your terms with the house owner.

Aditya, I don't know if you know this, but I think this is the same concept Arya is doing which I have seen people doing it in UAE when I was working there. Now that real estate has badly come down in entire UAE but iam talking about 2005-2012, it was booming then and I realised it quiet late that anyone can do this. Arya has lived in Kerala :) may be he picked this concept from there as there are many malbaris in UAE who are really doing good with this concept and he is so right the skill ine needs in this kinda job is good communication.
