I agree you earned that much because I am a real estate agent too here in my country and I am enjoying my career each day, was able to live a descent life and able to invest most of my earnings. Real estate is about passion
Another thing to keep in mind is, those real estate courses were harder than my university. So do you really want to take a big risk in a sales job and pay tons of money in board fees a year, or get a diploma or better in a university, and get a legitimate career that pays plus benefits when you work and not sales based and no yearly fees for graduates. I'm happy the way things worked out for me, but keep in mind that the majority of agents don't make it and either leave the business or turn to part time. or just park their license. RECOS own numbers. If for some reason my real estate license and university creditable got taken away from me and I had to do it again, I would definitely go back to university. Just my opinion.
Sounds exactly what I should be doing with my time. I'm already doing everything you mentioned as a social media manager. Social media will also help with organic promotion. I believe this would be perfect for me. I've always wanted to be a land lord. I didn't know until today that I could get a property management training as part of licensing. And I hadn't thought about becoming a real estate agent (seriously) for me personally ever. But I've always wanted to own multiple properties and I would enjoy to help others find the perfect properties. I'm in Alberta and would be based here. If you have any next video for me... Success is dependent on the action or steps you take to achieve it. Show me a man who doesn't have an investment and I will tell you how soon he'll go broke. Investment is building a safe haven for the future: with the right choice of investment that has at least 1% minimum risk and with an Expert guidance, profit and interest should be 💯 guaranteed.
I agree with you 💯... I had a senior colleague at work who was doing well but never had an investment. Unfortunately he lost his job and went from living a comfortable life to hardship. There would had been something to fall back on if he had an investment
Speaking of investing, forex trading is the best business in the world right now with the ever raising amount of bitcoin. I know a couple of friends who makes a lot of money weekly trading the financial market
You're right, to make our world a better place, we need to build products that the corrupt cannot abuse - crypto currency trading is the best example of that.

I loved your video!! I am looking to get licensed and yes cons did make me nervous, especially the fees to keep the license but when you proceeded to say as long as I am willing to learn and apply that knowledge and be self motivated then it gave me confidence. Are you in Ontario currently?
Yeah, the best part of our job is to see people very happy by selling or buying their real estate ... it pays off a lot! I am a realtor in Brazil but I am thinking about going to work as realtor in Toronto/ Ontario/ Canada or Miami/ Florida/ USA

in this video you said that an agent should annually pay over $10,000 to keep his or hers license. I don't think so. Only in the beginning an agent should pay over $7500 to get his license (including course + various registrations related fees). After that an agent should pay only licensing fees to the real estate boards.

Still wondering if I need to get into this..I guess there are still things hidden behind which you have not cleared.. It's same like other industries where the life looks so lavish outside but behind the door it's complete different story. You earn after couple of months but would that amount be worth? Yes this Industry doesn't have any limits to earn but same time are you that old in the Industry or do you have a big database. I would say dig more into this first before anyone jump into this and specially for people who are just thinking of doing this as part time..don't forget the 10k a year which you still have to pay by the end of the year to maintain your license..
1.can i work with permanent residence? 2. is it going to be hard if I don't have any idea about the work? 3. do I get enough money to support my life as beginners? 4. is hard if I don't know any one in the country?
Thank you very much for this video. I feel really excited to consider this career after this. I would not personally be deterred by the cons except that I have a wife, a 3 year old and a 6 year old and those young kids need a lot of attention. So while long hours might not bother me they might make raising the family difficult. Also, in the beginning when studying and then working with no fixed income, would you recommend living off of savings or doing a part-time job or side hustle to make sure the family is taken care of?

Getting the real estate license was the best choice i ever made, but also at the same time, one of the worst. Reason I say that is because it took me over 10 years to finally make it big. My first mentor was a total scum bag, just used me for free labour without really teaching anything or any money making opportunity, free labour plus i have to pay costs, gas etc. Never made a dime off that guy or learned to much off him. So learn from my mistake, when you start off, join a credible brokerage that has classes and legit mentorship and continuous learning. Another thing to learn from me is to invest in passive income, so one day you can stop running around to much like myself. Good luck to you all.
Hey, aditya. I just finished all my courses for the program and am ready to join a brokerage in the GTA. I am only 20 and am very nervous on how to get leads and deals. Do you have any tips and tricks for me?
A real estate agent-either gender-should run a online security check on each and every potential client before meeting them in person to show or list real estate. And make it standard to wear a bodycam. Real estate company's should make it standard. A good bodycam is $75-150 on Amazon . Buy the bodycam which uploads instantly to a cloud..and begin each appt by stating the time date and address of where you are... .so that if anythings should happen. Also begin each appt filming the potential client, the clients car including license plate. Doing the above mentioned steps will become second nature once you've incorporated them into your routine....and won't hinder your work. It eliminates ---both conscious and subconscious--- any anxiety that you may have; creating a more relaxed interaction and workplace environment, benefitting both the real estate agent and potential client.
You should be focusing on what people should do to overcome challenges.. This is more of a demotivating video than a motivating one.. I could not get myself to complete the video.. Also, what is with all the slang!! Professional language please !!
