ive been wondering this and NEVER FOUND A VIDEO that could simply tell me that i can use any brand sub ink i havent bought any for that reason,and im going to use hippo cause you use it😎🙏🤝thank you ms daisy

This was an excellent video. I may have been refilling mine wrong, since I dont get those prompts after refilling. I wonder if that printer does anything when you select which colors you just filled. ie CHARGING THE INK...

When using another sublimation ink brand, do I have to remove the ink from the previous sublimation brand and clean the cartridges first before I put the new brand ink ?

Have you had a problem with the computer and the epson smart app saying the ink level is low but the tank screen looks like it is filled to the top. So, I tried to add ink because of the epson smart app saying that it is low, using Hippo ink and it is spilling on the side of the tank.

Hi daisy I need to refill ink it’s below the line on printer i do use hippo ink ( sublimation printer) my question is do I need to turn off printer completely while adding ink Reason why I’m asking is because when we were setting up my printer it did instruct us to leave it off until ink was in please let me know what to do thank you in advance
