How (and Why) to Change the Firmware in the Soma Cosmos 

Changing the firmware on the Soma Cosmos isn't about upgrading or downgrading. Different firmware versions make different types of looping functions available. So swapping out one firmware for another is about switching between different sets of creative tools, and working within a particular set of parameters and limitations.
We've talked about the differences between various firmwares in past videos, but here we're looking at the specifics of how to actually go about doing it. We walk through the process from downloading a firmware to loading it into the Cosmos... and we also examine a few things to not do during this.
