I'm trying your procedure right now. You left out an important first step: SORT the beans to see if you find any rocks, funky, or shriveled beans.

I followed your directions but after cooking for 10 hours my beans were mush.

1 Tbsp of salt. You must be joking or addicted to salt. Daily requirement of salt is 1.5 grams per day (American Heart Assoc). 1 tsp is 6.5 grams.

Depends on who suggests it (some say 6g etc.). And you really eat all these beans by yourself in one day? 🙀 (2cups dried). Holy

10 hours I soaked these beans for 36 hours they've been boiling for eight I'm buying a pressure cooker I'm done with it
