The boxing shoeshine gets written off as a useless "show-off" move, but in fact it works your whole body, builds speed and coordination and is a nice wrinkle to throw into your shadow boxing routines. That said, for some people it's just tough to pull off. So (by request), here is a step-by-step approach to the shoeshine--have fun with it and get Macho fast. (Or at least get faster than me!)
