In this video, I am going through Atomic Habits by James Clear and how this book really fundamentally changed how I approach my goals and hobbies. I use the example of painting as that is something that is very close to me and is something I've worked on since a child but never really progressed and learned or grew as a painter until this summer and until this book changed my systems of how I approach my hobbies. I know painting won't be a pertinent example for everyone, but you can use your imagination to see how, by being 1% better each time you do something you will be able to achieve incredible things over time!
