FOR THE PRICE I WOULD SAY THE ROOM DID NOT LOOK TO BAD AND NEITHER DID THE BATHROOM, BUT THE OUTSIDE AREA LOOKED TERRIBLE.

I stayed there about 25 years ago. I used to do Ibiza foam parties in places like Linekers and the Pink Flamingo. The hotel wasn't top notch even back then. However, that may be my memory. I'd stay there for the price.

The cupboard is screwed into the wall , in case it topples , ikea do it with a lot of their furniture .

Looks nice and quiet place, clean , cannot complain as I am 5 foot tall. Just keep BBC news on all night and you fall asleep gteed. That wardrobe is hilarious, no escape to Narnia

We stayed 1 night in the Savoy and that was 1 night to many.Never again we had a horrible room and the breakfast was terrible.

Hi Deano just found your channel. The wardrobe in your room is fixed to the wall for safety after a guest mistook the wardrobe door for the bathroom door in the middle of the night and the wardrobe fell on them and killed them. I've just subscribed look forward to more videos

The carpet looks very manky. The walls definitely need cleaning and the windows. I often say that if public areas of hotels and restaurants look manky then the kitchen is likely to be worse. You should get a black light then you can truly see how well the room is cleaned

I think 35 notes is an absolute bargain!! It reminds me of the Midland hotel in Bradford when I stayed there for the football last season with the daughter ⚽️ I think you need to do “a walk in the wildside Deano!” 😀 top video ….Smithy

Cannot complain really when you compare it to a room in Thailand. 35 quid is a bargain especially if your travelling on a budget.

My wife was crying last time we were at Blackpool at the state of the B&B, she was non stop apologising for booking it all the time we were there and this was a good few years ago now.

There’s always something that lets down a old hotel. In this case restricted Wi-Fi hard bed and stupid low shower . On the north shore hotels not well maintained show their age

My main problem with savoy was card key never seems to work. I was 3 flights up so lots of stairs to deal with messing with this key.

Deano, I have stayed a quite a few Britannia Hotels in my time. Mainly becasue fo the great price and the deals offered on their website. This was what I would call a clean basic room. The last place I stayed was Stockport and although the room was a lot better than yours, I opted for the breakfast. What a disaster never again. It was the buffet style, at 9am an hour before it closed the food was cold. So if I do stay in another Briotannia hotsl it will be a Room only tariff for me. Thakns for sharing your travels with us. I Deano, if you get chance to revisit, the South Lea round the corner is a nice family b n b ig you ever fancy something more private when you arnt filming. I've stayed there many years though childhood to adult hood and seen many owners but always maintained that little family touch even to a couple visiting.

Great video £35 was ok price especially if there eas two of you. I personally would not be to bothered about the windows. Can you imagine how much a window cleaner would charge for cleaning every window in the hotel.

Hi deano the savoy is this the biggest hotel in Blackpool is it a chain.looks a bit down trodden, at the back. Yes would like to see that deano. The front very impressive.
