It's been happening for ever bro, no new fashion I've crashed atleast 5 of my motors most being a dick and a couple not but the feeling you get when you crunch ya p&j is hard ⏸️ man I still miss my old e21 323 that hurts the heart and it happened nearly 20 yr ago 😂😂

Nice to meet you at the weekend Rick (I was the lad in the FBS hoody with my little girl), obviously sad for it to be in those circumstances, congratulations on the other race results though. I'm sure we'll catch up with you again at some point this season, good luck for the future rounds, my little girl has full on got the bug after watching some big bike action over the weekend, we came home early after you crashed so she could go out and ride her little JSM90 at a local abandoned airfield. Happy to hear you've escaped with no broken bones etc, hope you to see you back out on track soon.

Hi, loving the adaptations to the ever changing world of you tube. This channel is my bread n butter viewing when i get the notificationa. Im so glad you're not injured after Cadwell, i love bikes but i have no filter,so would if been dead a long time ago 😅. Your honesty and reality check serves a good reminder to me. Feel your pain mate, been there, done that. Not in as high a class but still done it. Gote mine on video (three sisters) my mate was videoing me from the paddock. Sorry but I had my fbs hoodie on at Oulton but too cold to take the jacket off. I hope someone has the off on video, lol

I kept an eye on NG results and saw you didn't take any points in the final 600 so I wondered what went wrong. Glad you are okay, modern kit certainly helps you guys when it's called upon. Onwards and upwards mate..👍

Crashed the same bike, same corner also off throttle highside but in the wet two weeks before. Didn't realise you could slide uphill so far haha

First off, love your work! Found this channel a couple of weeks ago, and It's just up my alley - keep it up!👍👍 I'm glad you did'nt get seriously injured in the crash, without having any experience at all regarding bikes I can still figure it's really easy to get seriously injured when something goes wrong.. I do have a question of a completely other matter, I realized watching this vid that one can actually buy those awesome FBS shirts, but I could'nt change delivery country to Sweden - do you ship your merch outside the UK?😊

Ricky.. can see you are not yourself. Accidents happen...so long as you can get up... fix it...and carry on. I was in an accident last April... and I am able now only to fix up my car... it's heartbreaking.. it's costly... it could have been worse... keep up the great work.... ps... show more of the lads working ... I remember Josh Brooke’s crashing out of the warm up lap at Caldwell in BSB at the last corner but one before the grid! Dropped the front on a damp white line, It’s not nice, but shit happens. You walked away from a high side with a few bruises…and the bike can be fixed. Onwards and upwards Rick! 😎

I’ve been there got bike already to rock and roll after a few offs got the bike looking and performing great then end up eating the dirt and breaking it. Normally the price you pay when you pushing the limits but in your case maybe a faulty tyre warmer??? But hey never mind shit happens rebuild and go again great channel Rick and the boys keep up the great work. And maybe one day we’ll get to see some video of you on a race weekend 😜

Rotten to hear of your Cadwell get-off, but delighted to hear you walked away from it; that’s the important bit. I’ve had some irritating crashes over the years mainly in cars, but it helps to try and be philosophical about it all. And after thirty-plus years (post crashes) that process does get easier… Are you publicising your Nürburgring dates later in the year? I’d understand if you’re not.

Could be a whole lot worse. I high sided feb 2023 at about 130kph broke my back, arm, elbow, wrist. Glad you’re ok. :)

Used to ride moto x back in the day and sand racing, many times the front looked bent after an off. Undo it all bounce the front a few times and it normally centres itself . No need to tell, you if it does not it will not go back together without resistance. Other thing, strange off on an out lap, are you certain the engine didn’t nip up being cold/cold ish as well. Seen it where the moment you shut off the engine nips for a second or two. Once you’re off, it cools and would start ok. Just something I have seen happen.

Ricky, most important thing is that your ok, the bike can be fixed...it is only money as you said. Nobody at British National level is going slow, so the crashes & offs are normally hard. Also with the pressure of a race weekend it is the worst time for you to be yourself & chat to the public...your mind is too focused on the whole event👍.

Hi Kate. Ricky I feel for you dropping the bike. I did it with my zzr1400 on cow poo on a Thursday and had the bike stripped painted and a 300 mile trip on the Saturday. I am very fussy with how my bikes look as well so i feel your pain. Can I just say that Davalar caught your mood perfectly when you were tackling the exhaust to divert your attention. So I think we need a Team REPerformance sponsored helmet for your next event. Everyone that fires in £10 gets their name on your next helmet ( or future helmet ) as time may be an issue. This would lighten the burden of your off if we helped with your helmet purchase etc. Thoughts please. Regards Stuart

Rick! Glad you’re alright after the spill at Cadwell! Question for you mate. I have a 2018 Audi S4 3.0T V6. Have you seen many rocket failures on this engine? Would you advise running a heavier weight oil than the reccomended 0w 30? Car is Stage 2 IC/DP etc and 034 motorsport software. Cheers and keep up the good work ✌️✌️
