Hair Loss is undoubtedly a burden for many young men out there, but the truth is, I feel the real reason hair loss hits men so hard is because it exposes them to the things about themselves that they've been neglecting, such as their lifestyle, diet, fitness regime, etc. All these things tally up over time and when you lose your hair, it becomes so much more obvious if you've neglected them because all the attention that once went to your hair, now goes to your face, and if you have neglected other aspects about you as a man, your face will tell the tale, and also work against how attractive you are. But what if I were to tell you that you can be MORE attractive without hair, by simply ensuring the other traits about you (lifestyle, physical and facial exercise, diet, social skills and ability to communicate well) are at their absolute best? Most men will simply neglect working on these things and that is why hair loss hits them hard, but if you've got every other aspect about you at 10/10 through your efforts, will hair loss really make much of a difference? I mean, would you rather be the guy with great hair and sh*t everything else, or the guy who's AMAZING in every other aspect but has lost his hair? I'm picking the option of being well rounded as a man over just great for one aspect about me, and I hope you can do the same!
