What clause of the 1991 Paris Peace Agreement does this violate? Is there a constitutional monarchy in place? Are there more than 2 parties competing? Are there any more Khmer Rouge dissent? Does the U.N recognize Cambodia as a Parliamentary democracy? If so I’m not sure which clause are you referring to in the treaty

(First election 1993) - All parties shall cease fighting and surrender their arms to the government (The reds didn’t) - There shall be a tribunal to judge and condensate the victims and victors of the Khmer Rouge (closed last year) - Cambodia shall abide by the rule of law, universal human rights and have international observers to ensure of Neutrality of election, prevent election boycott (ahem), and ensure there are no forceful action for the will of the people. -Commencement of Reconstruction and Reintegration of the nation. -Establishment of CMAC
