How can a 5 watt diode laser engraver help in painting craftwork? 

I try using a 5 watt laser engraver to cut masks for painting smooth and straight outlines on wood. Painting the back plates for my automaton In My Humble Opinion. I compare cutting masks from blue painters tape with a laser engraver to using acetate masks for consistent painting.
