Turn to him cry out to Jesus Christ to forgive you of your sins confess with your mouth the Lord Jesus and believe in your heart that God raised him from the dead and you will be saved. For the wages of sin is death but the gift of God is eternal life through Christ Jesus our Lord. If you have hated someone Jesus said you have committed murder in your heart. Jesus said if you lust after someone sexually you committed adultery in your heart. To know to do right and do wrong is sin. Lying, stealing, using God's name in vein, unmarried sex, getting drink, getting high, etc. God's standards are alot higher than ours. We have to go by his standards. We all deserve to die and go to Hell but God loves us enough to send his son Jesus Christ to die for our sins. We cant say we dont deserve it or that we are good. It would be like going to a judge and commiting a crime and telling him all the good things we have done in life. He would say it doesnt matter you still did the crime. That is why Jesus paid for our wages so we can be set free. Put your trust in Jesus Christ like you would a parachute and you will be saved. God's grace is unmerited favor and is given to all who accept the free gift of eternal salvation. Turn from your sinful life to Jesus Christ before its to late. Eternity is to long to be wrong. @josephrobi6806 if you are born aga8n, it is by true repentance. It is not remorse, it is repentance of what we have done wrong in God's sight. And believe in Christ which is a condition too. Believe in any normal sense of the word in every day usage means trust. So if you trust Christ, see what he has to say. You would follow him. So obedience is faith, not of dead works . But walking in Faith. Faith needs to be shown to God, what did you do to demonstrate faith? By doing so you will receive the gift of righteousness. If you receive it, you will be righteous (your deeds will show) by faith, you will adhere to Christ words (that will fulfil the law) the law that speaks of love. It is better to understand what is God's righteousness is, and then everything falls into place. If God is not righteous and wants us to be righteous, he would not have sent his son. He could simply say -- without Christ suffering on the Cross.. I love you all, naughty people. I forgive you but sin need to be paid. He hates it so much he will send you to hell, you now have the Spirit to be righteous if indeed He is in you (Paul said)
