How CHAKMA People Live In MIZORAM I North East Indian Tribal life
Recently (before the second wave), I stayed with the Chakma community in Mizoram. Chakma tribe is a separated tribe and you will find Chakmas in Assam, Arunachal, Mizoram and even in Bangladesh and Myanmar. This was my first time visiting a Chakma village and it was truly exhilarating. In this video we will explore the Chawngte aka Kamalanagar, we will learn about the Chakma community and try some delicious food. Chakmas have a unique way of life and people are there are very resilient and positive, I wish I get to visit them again :).

Tourism in Mizoram is highly underdeveloped and one can say it is unexplored. I am making this video with hope that after watching this some of you might want to visit Mizoram and experience the amazing hospitality and unique culture of Mizoram.
