How chorizo sausage make in the factory:
Chorizo is a type of pork sausage originating from the Iberian Peninsula. In Europe, chorizo is a fermented, cured, smoked sausage, which may be sliced and eaten without cooking, or added as an ingredient to add flavor to other dishes. In this video we are going to make Chorizo sausage with beef. this is only part before emulsion going for forming. Fat, Beef 3m and 8m with Spices mix and going to +4 temperature for 10 hours.

Thank you for posting. Although regulations keeps us similar, always nice to see how individual commercial setting takes on its own version of mass produced sausage making. A bit of advice, gloves that are used to touch all surroundings within the processing areas should not touch product meant for consumption.
