I’m from the tristate and had a million friends like Chrissy, it was surprising to me to learn so many people don’t like him. I find his humor totally relatable & funny
HE turned these bad comedy minutes into great content for himself and for the owners of the Mets and I'm sure they love the publicity of him telling it on his podcast and now the biggest podcast in the world. He wore that shirt purposely to tell that story. Good on him
lol I still remember going to this gd game. Idk if you meant that ironically but holy hell this story is so hilarious bc it’s true. He ate SHIT during his random little set. It felt like a setup or punishment . It’s so much better knowing cohen actually did set him up
I don’t care anything that he says after the fact that he masturbated and his essence got onto the shirt that he wanted to wear… Pretty fucking stupid goodbye
@miken2968 was just being honest...isn't the point of going on JRE to increase your profile? I sure as hell watched that episode of Hey Babe after I watched this.
I met Chris Distefano at Yankee stadium 11 years ago on a school field trip. We recognized him from Bro Code on MTV, he took pics with us, was courteous and nice. That being said my mother worked at shea and citi for 25 years, I lived in Jackson heights 10 minutes away next to Junction Boulevard and Roosevelt, always been a Mets fan runs in the family lol.
there really should be a compilation of "quintessential New York stories that will have you dying with laughter." someone build a playlist, or refer me to one. I'm hooked.
Look there’s so much content around JR but there’s something about this that is just the best. I called it top 10 but I’m gonna put it in the top three that is the best story I’ve ever heard because it’s real.
This guy has a gift for telling stories, that's his true comedic talent right there. I can imagine anybody else just saying "I bombed" but this guy tells the story in such a funny way.
I’m not sure if they like you, they might like laughing at you & it’s easy to confuse that; especially when the other person is in a higher social status than you & you want them to like you.
