How Cold does the Water need to be to Cold Tub? 

We get asked all the time how cold the water needs to be in the ice bath. Check this video out. It is not as cold as you think. Keeping it a little warmer might help you do a cold plunge more often when it is not so painful to get it. Plus, you can see a video of me showing off my toughness!
