Today I am going to keep working on our Country kitchen from Johanna Basford’s Rooms of Wonder.
If you’re new here, for this picture I am using a combination of Polychromos pencils, as well as some Derwent Drawing Pencils, and a white Sakura Gelly Roll. For the Derwent drawing pencils I am using the colours Wheat, Green Shadow, Pale Cedar, Smoke blue, Ink blue, Solway blue, Light Siena and Brown Ochre, as well as my Chinese white. Now, if you don’t have those pencils, don’t worry, you can use Polychromos Ivory, Juniper Green, Earth Green the ultramarines and Dark indigo, Beige Red and Burnt ochre.

Yes, unfortunately the file with that video got corrupted just towards the end of filming it, so I lost nearly 30 minutes of video 😭 the apples were done similarly to the other apples on the page, and I used a transition of India red, terracotta and I think it was Light yellow ochre for the bowl. I did not bring in any new colours that wasn’t already out. So that would narrow it down slightly.
